In local Mode, the username and password can be recovered under the Admin profile.
- Sign into the Admin profile with username: Admin and password: smart
- Select the “Super User Manger” menu item.
- Select the “Manage Users” menu item.
- On this page, you can view all usernames and passwords of each Trainer account.
a. If your profile is not shown here, then select the blue Unmanaged users tab. On this page, you can view all usernames and passwords of each Client account.
In cloud mode, the username and password can be recovered by selecting the “Forgot Password” on the sign in page.
- Select the blue “Sign in” button.
- Select the “Forgot Password?” button
- Type in the email address associated with your account.
- Select the blue “Send verification code” button.
- Go to the above-mentioned email address and open the email.
- Select the reset password link.
